Ingredients
Steak
- 2 8oz Flank Steaks
- 1 Minced Shallot
- 1 Sliced Scallion
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Mista Brown's Original Jerk Sauce
Cilantro Garlic Sauce
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 Jalapeno seeded and minced
- 1 Minced Challot
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 T Lemon Zest
- 2 T Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Mix together ingredients for the marinade and use to coat two 8 oz portions of flank steak.
- Let marinade for two hours in refrigerator.
- Mix together all of the ingredients for the cilantro sauce except the oil and then slowly add the oil while mixing.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness.
- Slice the steak and finish with the jerk sauce and cilantro garlic sauce.
