Instructions
Mix together ingredients for the marinade and use to coat two 8 oz portions of flank steak.
Let marinade for two hours in refrigerator.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the cilantro sauce except the oil and then slowly add the oil while mixing.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness.
Slice the steak and finish with the jerk sauce and cilantro garlic sauce.
